I finally learnt to crochet

 A friend started to teach me how to crochet about 12 months ago and I just couldn't get the hang of it.  Every few weeks or months I would get the hook and wool out, give it ago and then throw them back into my sewing room in disgust. 

But finally I worked it out and was able to make a few things for my girls.  I also tried a few booties but got horribly confused so I'll try them when I have a bit more patience.
