So I have been trying this low carb, low fat, high protein diet for a week and I can say definitely that it is working for me.
I now weigh 73.1 kgs and feel so much better, and my clothes are fitting me a lot better as well. I have found I am not getting sugar cravings anymore and find it very easy now to resist the chocolate in the fridge.
I'm going to keep the changes I have made to my diet. I am sure that once my body gets to the weight it is happy with it will stop dropping. I look forward to running around without the extra 10 kgs.
